This Corporate Engagement Agreement (“Agreement”) establishes a professional collaboration between Ordo Exploratio Omnis (“OEO”) and the entity referred to as the “Corporate Partner.” It outlines the terms of engagement, mutual commitments, and operational expectations for supporting innovation, community engagement, and shared progress. This Agreement ensures transparency, respect, and mutual responsibility between OEO and the Corporate Partner.

Section 1: Introduction and Definitions

1.1 This Agreement governs the participation of corporate entities within CEEC, a platform operated by OEO to foster knowledge exchange, collaboration, and growth.

1.2 The Corporate Partner gains access to tools and resources that enable enhanced brand representation, private collaboration, and tailored engagement opportunities.

Section 2: Entity Representation

2.1. Legal entities must designate an authorized representative (“Representative”) to act on their behalf within The Association. The Representative will adhere to all terms of use and member guidelines.

2.2. The Representative affirms their role and responsibility to act in alignment with this Agreement and the principles outlined herein.

Section 3: Rights and Responsibilities

3.1. Corporate Partners gain access to designated platforms and tools provided by The Association to support their initiatives and collaborations.

3.2. Corporate Partners are expected to uphold standards of privacy, respect, and ethical conduct, consistent with OEO’s core values.

3.3. Misuse of access, breach of trust, or failure to meet responsibilities may result in suspension or termination of participation.

Section 4: Intellectual Property

4.1. All intellectual property, including proprietary tools, resources, and materials provided by The Association, remains the property of OEO.

4.2. Corporate Partners may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize intellectual property without prior written consent from OEO.

Section 5: Privacy and Data Handling

5.1. The Association upholds stringent privacy standards to protect the data and activities of all members, including Corporate Partners.

5.2. Corporate Partners agree to safeguard the confidentiality of member interactions, proprietary tools, and shared content.

5.3 Upon termination of the corporate engagement, CEEC ensures that any private bookmarks, folders, or other corporate-specific content indexed within the platform are securely deleted unless a written request for transfer is made. Publicly accessible metadata contributions may remain part of CEEC’s broader knowledge base.

Section 6: Disclaimers and Liabilities

6.1. OEO is not liable for any damages arising from Corporate Partner activities within The Association. Corporate Partners agree to resolve disputes in alignment with OEO’s guidelines and dispute resolution processes.

6.2. Participation in The Association is at the Corporate Partner’s discretion and risk.

Section 7: Termination and Amendments

7.1. OEO reserves the right to terminate a Corporate Partner’s engagement for violations of this Agreement or member guidelines.

7.2. Amendments to this Agreement may be issued periodically, with notice provided to Corporate Partners for acknowledgment.

Section 8: SaaS and Seats

8.1 Private Engagement Seats: Corporate Partners may utilize CEEC’s platform through dedicated Engagement Seats. These seats allow team members to collaborate on private repositories, assign permission levels, and access shared resources tailored to the organization’s needs.

8.2 Pricing tiers reflect organizational size:

• 1–10 seats: $20/seat/month
• 11–50 seats: $15/seat/month
• 51+ seats: $10/seat/month

Custom packages are available for larger organizations or specialized use cases.

Section 9: Affiliate Engagement

9.1 Affiliate Opportunities: Corporate Partners may enhance their visibility on CEEC through the affiliate program. Partners gain access to:

• Performance dashboards for referral tracking.
• Revenue-sharing opportunities for memberships or services initiated through affiliate links.
• Featured placement on CEEC’s platform.

Section 10: Final Affirmation

By clicking “Proceed,” the Corporate Partner affirms its acceptance of this Agreement and its commitment to comply with the principles, rights, and responsibilities outlined herein. This affirmation represents the Corporate Partner’s intent to collaborate meaningfully with CEEC, ensuring mutual growth and shared success.
